I am a reliable, outgoing, trustworthy, independent and enthusiastic person. My hobbies and interests include traveling to place such as Silverstone and taking images for a client. This was a great experience and gave me an insight into a potential career path. As well as sports photography I have gained experience in other forms of work by photographing at a christening, portrait work for friends and family, taking images of the natural environment and having photographs used by a local newspaper. I enjoy being in the countryside, landscape photography and going for long walks. In my spare time, I play the guitar and I have performed in front of large crowds as part of a group. This helped to boost my confident when I had to do a presentation from briefs to tutors or fellow class friends.

The program interests me, as I would be able to study in higher education and get more out of my self by learning about photography more in depth. By reading and finding out what you have to offer I would like to study with your university as it seems the right University for me and stands out from the rest. I think that I have an advantage from the others because I’ve studied photography through both school and college and also worked outside education to gain experience by working with photographers. By doing this course it inspired me to take photography further and earn my way into taking it to a career path. Over the year my interest in photography has grown and I now wish to take it further. I am fully committed to this course and I wanted to achieve the best I can.

These are a few of the photos that I feel strongly about and am proud of them either due to how the image is laid out or how the positive & negative space work well together. The other reason why I picked these images is because many of them show emotion and a feeling due to colours that are used and what the subject is in the image.
